The Woods at Cedar Springs is the ideal setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Nestled just outside of Louisville on ten acres, the refined Southern Kentucky charm is in every detail of our beautiful venue.

From the picturesque entry doors that greet you upon arrival, to our three chandelier’s that catch your attention the moment you walk in; the Great Hall does not disappoint. Tucked away in nature, both outdoor ceremony sites overlook our beautifully designed landscaping and waterfall features for an added touch to the natural beauty of The Woods.Cedar Springs client’s will have ALL the amenities and features at your disposal for the entire day at no additional charge. The main venue is sectioned off by The Great Hall, The Loft, a Full-Service Catering Kitchen and luxury Bridal and Groom’s Suite to use however you see fit. Even the outdoor amenities are endless from The Patio just off the main event space, to both The Garden and The Woods ceremony sites, we are sure to help aid in the event of your dreams.

The backdrop to this incredible space is the stunning 12’ white cathedral doors you enter the venue through. Or maybe it’s the grey washed barn wood on each end of the space that draws your attention to the 30’ peak ceilings. And for some it may be the 6’ Edison chandeliers that hang above the spacious open floor plan. Whatever it is, your guests are sure to be amazed by every detail that went into making this dream venue.

The Lounge

Located on the main floor, we created a custom experience for our guests. Made up of 2 sofas, 4 armless chairs, 2 side tables and two coffee tables; we wanted your guests to feel at home while mingling with family and friends.

The Loft

Overlooking the main event space, The Loft comes completely furnished with four beautiful soft seating areas. Made up of one sofa and two chairs per section, this experience provides your guests a place to relax and enjoy the night.

The Covered Patio

Conveniently located off ​The Great Hall​, through four beautiful large sliding glass doors, the cover patio provides guests with amazing views that overlook both ceremony areas and our spectacular waterfall landscaping. This area comes complete with outdoor lounge seating, over-head fans and heating options for cold nights.

The Garden

Surrounded between the forest and the venue, The Garden is the perfect spot for a grand ceremony cathedral style. This charming outdoor ceremony location gives you the backdrop of a lifetime. The landscape tucked inside the hill leading up to the venue has two beautiful waterfall features that feel natural to the space and provides calming sounds for your guests.

The Kitchen

740 sq ft

Located on the main floor, and its own private backdoor entrance, the catering kitchen comes equipped with a stainless steel three compartment industrial utility sink, a double door industrial refrigerator and warming cabinets. In addition, we have added moveable island for catering use. Each kitchen wall contains multiple dedicated circuits for the use of industrial equipment.

Luxury Bridal Suite

Located just off The Great Hall and next to the Catering kitchen the Bridal suites comes styled with everything a wedding party needs to have the most relaxing wedding day. A lounge area with a gray plush sofa, two ivory arm chairs and a coffee table. A full service glam station with plenty of room for your bridesmaid to get ready in a “salon-like” atmosphere. As for the guest of honor they get their own seat in front of our grand show stopper, the 7′ gold embellished mirror, complete with a salon chair for the bride to feel all the pampering of her big day.

The Speakeasy

Tucked away on the opposite end of the venue, this room creates it’s own vibe. With the feel of being in a bourbon bar, we gave the guest of honor a place to relax with his groomsmen in style. Complete with a built-in bar, lounge seating, a tv and neon signs, they are sure to feel special on their BIG day.
